| Allegheny City Farms and Rock Bottom Brewery have teamed up to bring the world it’s first Pineapple Coconut Stout Finishing Sauce, code named, The Finisher! Meg Evans (head brewer of Rock Bottom, Pittsburgh) and Tom Motta (owner of Allegheny City Farms) have feverishly worked on this once in a lifetime, co-branded, collaboration to bring together core ingredients from each company. This sweet, spicy, savory sauce combines Koko’s (coconut stout), aji pineapple peppers, brown sugar, wildflower honey, garlic, onion and other select spices. Seafood, chicken or pork and are just a few things this flavor packing sauce can be glazed upon!
