This sauce combines citrus, rum, ginger, cloves, and Ghost Peppers, in an ode to two cocktails from the island of Bermuda: the Rum Swizzle and the Dark n' Stormy.

Ingredients: Pineapple, Orange Juice, Orange Habanero, Gosling's Black Seal Rum, Red Bell Peppers, Pure Cane Sugar, Bhut Jolokia, Pomegranate Juice, Fresh Ginger, Lime Juice, Sea Salt, Ground Cloves.
