It is made of a perfect blend of yellow Habañero peppers & carrots (source of vitamin A and Beta-Carotene). It is lightly sweet in the very TROPICAL CARIBBEAN style. No coloring added. El Yucateco Caribbean Habanero is a staple hot sauce, great flavour and price-point, complimented by a nicely tolerable burn for those well versed in sauce. I will always keep a bottle of this and found it goes great on burritos, shawarmas, chips and pizza. Although I haven't had the opportunity to fully explore this sauce yet by cooking with it, I fear doing so as the flavour is SO GOOD.

Seriously ^ I cannot think of a sauce I would recommend more than this one
