This is Julien’s favourite sauce. It's a blend of spices with flavours from Quebec, Mexico and The Middle East.. The Chocolate Habnero and Pasilla chile provide the right amount of heat. It’s amazing with any meat, steak tartar, or stews. Mix it with mayonnaise for great Aioli and don’t forget to use it in place of Tabasco and Worcestershire for an awesome Bloody Mary!!
